Yeah, that guy is referencing to a guy that posted some spamming he did on a cybersex website. The guy did similar stuff before being threatened with being banned.
He did it again later on... turns out, he was unlucky enough to find the same girl as before, leading to him saying "I should really write your usernames down..."
